Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

At Sixteen Stones we try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Real time shipping rates are calculated by Canada Post.

FREE standard envelope shipping for products that fit in a standard envelope. Charms (both horse & hound), companion packs, and small/medium pet necklaces qualify for this.

Large pet necklaces, rhythm beads and quilts, unfortunately, do not qualify for free shipping. Please choose your shipping preference at checkout.

Order processing is different than your shipping time. It will take 3-7 days to create and prepare your order. You will be notified as soon as it has shipped to you.

RETURNS

Please purchase responsibly. All sales are FINAL due to the handmade nature of my products.

If you have any questions regarding shipping or returns feel free to contact us here and we will get back to you with a response as soon as possible. Or feel free to email tanniajoy@sixteenstones.ca
